Attachments
Attachments are optional and allow you to attach and send tech support files
such as pictures or word documents. If you wish to attach a file to your support
ticket, click the 'Browse' button and browse to the file you wish to attach.
Then click the 'Attach' button to complete the process. Your attachments will
appear under the Attached Document list. To remove an attachment, click the
'Delete' text next to the attachment you wish to delete.
